Corresponding to the TRAI regulation (TCCPR 2018), Transactional SMS is also called Service Implicit, or Service Inferred messaging in the DLT portal. Transactional SMS must not be used for advertising your products, even to your customers. For that, you can signup for our Promotional SMS service.
